Communicating with potential donors by telephone and other appropriate means and recording the outcome of negotiations

The legal basis is our legitimate interest. We process mainly contact and identification data and information about the outcome of negotiations with these data subjects. We may process personal data for this purpose indefinitely (until the right to erasure is exercised).

The legal basis is the performance of a contract, specifically a donation contract. We process mainly identification and contact personal data and accounting data. We may process personal data for this purpose for the durationof the contractual relationship.

The legal basis is the performance of acontract. We process mainly process identification data and contact data. We may process personal data for this purpose for the duration of the contractual relationship (especially until the end of the event). 

Fulfilling our accounting and tax obligations
The legal basis is the fulfilment of legal obligations required by legislation such as the Accounting Act or the Value Added Tax Act. We process personal data for the purpose of disseminating news about our activities. We may process personal data for this purpose indefinitely until the recipient unsubscribes.

Call signatories and our supporters

The legal basis is our legitimate interest. The processing is carried out for the purpose of keeping records of the signatories of calls. We process mainly identification and contact data. We may process personal data for this purpose indefinitely (until the right to erasure is exercised).

Confirmation of support for calls and dissemination of information and updates on calls via email messages
The legal basis is consent. The processing is carried out to confirm support for calls and to disseminate related information and news. We process mainly identification and contact data. We may process personal data for this purpose indefinitely (until the right to erasure is exercised).

Publication of identification data of signatories (name and surname) on the website as supporters of calls
The legal basis is consent. We process mainly identification data. The processing is carried out for the purpose of public confirmation of support for calls. We may process personal data for this purpose indefinitely (until the right to erasure is exercised).

Contact persons in partner organizations (especially non-profit organizations)

Realization and coordination of cooperation
The legal basis is the performance of contracts or our legitimateinterest in maintaining contact with these data subjects and in the joint pursuit of public benefit objectives. We process personal data for this purpose to the extent of name and surname, job title and contact details. We may process personal data for this purpose for 10years from the last cooperation.

Journalists

Maintaining a journalists´ platform for media coverage of our materials
The legal basis is our legitimate interest. We process mainly identification and contact data. We may process personal data for this purpose indefinitely (until the right to erasure is exercised).

Members, prospective members or other potential associates
Communicating with prospective members and associates by telephone, e-mail and other appropriate means, providing information about membership and other opportunities for cooperation, and keeping records of offered and current cooperation. The legal basis is the performance of acontract. We only process basic identification data, if any, provided by the client (this is not a condition of consultancy) and contact details, together with the text of the enquiry and our reply, in order to be able to answer the client´s enquiries and respond to any additional information in the future. The legal basis is our legitimateinterest. We only process basic identification data, if any, provided by the client (this is not a condition of consultancy) and contact data together with the text of the enquiry and our reply, in order to be able to demonstrate the use of funds to donors funding free consultancy. We may process personal data for this purpose for 3 years

2. Recipients of personal data and transfer of personal data outside the European Union
In justified cases, we may also transfer your personal data to other entities (the “recipients”).

Personal data may be transferred to the following recipients:

- processors who process personal data based on our instructions (cloud or hosting service providers, other operators of programs we use or providers of services we use, such as a newsletter distribution tool, an application that allows you to send bulk messages to registrants via Facebook Messenger, a company presentation portal, an accounting company or an HR management program

- members of the Frank Bold consortium or Hnutí DUHA - Friends of the Earth Czech Republic in the performance of joint administration;

- public authorities and other entities if required by applicable law (in particular the Police of the Czech Republic, courts, private enforcement officers, insolvency administrators, financial administration, social security administration);

- other entities in case of an unexpected event where disclosure is necessary to protect life, health, property or other public interest, or where it is necessary to protect our rights, property or safety.

These third parties generally do not store any personal data in connection with cookies, as they do not know the identity of the visitor. These cookies are:

5. Rights pertaining to you as a data subject
You have the right to request access to personal data concerning you under the conditions set out in Article 15 of the GDPR.

You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data processed by us on the basis of your consent at any time under the conditions set out in Article 7 of the GDPR.

You have the right to request the rectification of personal data under the conditions set out in Article 16 of the GDPR, the restriction of processing of personal data under the conditions set out in Article 18 of the GDPR or the erasure of data under the conditions set out in Article 17 of the GDPR.

You have the right to object to the processing of personal data concerning you under Article 21 of the GDPR. You have the right to data portability and to transmit your personal data to another controller under the conditions set out in Article 20 of the GDPR. You have the right not to be subject to any decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, under the conditions set out in Article 22 of the GDPR.

You have the right to obtain information about personal data breaches concerning you under the conditions set out in Article 34 of the GDPR.

If you believe that the processing of your personal data is in breach of the obligations set out in the GDPR, you have the right to lodgea complaint with a supervisory authority in accordance with Article 77 of the GDPR.
